We arrange a bi-lingual USCN employee to act as a representative of your company at the factories you have been working with to perform QA/QC checks and report directly to you. The products we have worked with in the past have been complex, with multiple moving parts, tight tolerances, and high functionality requirements. With these types of products it is difficult to ensure high quality manufacturing from a home office in the USA or Europe. Working with our customers, we can produce retail packaging, instructions, and warranty cards to allow products to go directly to retailers without further modification. During production we frequently visit sub-vendors to inspect product and send detailed reports to our customers to keep everyone informed and up to date. Finally, after production we do a final inspection of goods and coordinate logistics according to our customers needs.
