Another featured service of ours is Third Party Quality Control, Assurance, Inspections, and Project Management. We are based in Shenzhen, PRC and work with factories throughout Guangdong province. All of our customers are provided with a support team in China to oversee and manage production, quality control, and logistics.
Our quality control services are an effective and efficient way to bolster the quality of the products you receive from your existing China suppliers. We arrange a bi-lingual USCN employee to act as a representative of your company at the factories you have been working with to perform QA/QC checks and report directly to you. The products we have worked with in the past have been complex, with multiple moving parts, tight tolerances, and high functionality requirements. With these types of products it is difficult to ensure high quality manufacturing from a home office in the USA or Europe. Our services allow our customers to retain their preexisting supply chains while gaining a higher degree of control and better output/quality.
Our OEM magnetic therapy line includes bracelets, wire bangles, patches, insoles, and other athletic braces. These braces come in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes; Please enquire for more details. We test all magnets before production to check that the Gauss strength matches our customers requirements. Working with our customers, we can produce retail packaging, instructions, and warranty cards to allow products to go directly to retailers without further modification. During production we frequently visit sub-vendors to inspect product and send detailed reports to our customers to keep everyone informed and up to date. Finally, after production we do a final inspection of goods and coordinate logistics according to our customers needs.
All of our athletic supports are also available with ionic rubber and without magnets. We can provide multiple colors, styles, and sizes for each type of support. Our testing and production management ensures that the product you receive will be of the highest quality.
